Information you provide

Course registrations and certificate requests store your name, email and course. Orders store your name, phone number, address and purchase details. The team uses these to process your request.

Anonymous questions

The form does not ask for your name or email. Do not include details identifying you or other people. Selected questions may be discussed publicly without identifying information. The hosting service may keep technical access logs; this website does not promise absolute anonymity.

Earlier letters to yourself

Your letter and email are stored in the database for delivery on the selected date. The text is not shown in the panel, but can be read by the technical administrator with database access. Do not send passwords or highly sensitive information. Email delivery depends on the mail service and the recipient’s filters.

My diary

Your diary is stored only locally in your browser, without encryption or transmission to the server. Clearing browser data deletes your entries. Use the download button to keep backups and avoid shared devices.

Consultation requests

Your name, email, optional phone number and message are stored so the team can process your request and confirm an appointment. Do not send highly sensitive details through the form.

Updates and deletion requests

Subscriptions are used for platform updates. To unsubscribe, correct your information or request deletion, contact info@ikballebh.com. The team will process your request after any necessary verification.

Security and external services

A session cookie is used for form security and admin access. Request limiting uses a technical identifier encoded with HMAC, separately from form content. Embedded videos and fonts may load from YouTube and Google. Enabled payments are processed through Stripe; this website does not store card numbers.

Orders and support

The team confirms book orders. Payment, delivery and return arrangements are explained before confirmation. Advice on this website is friendly guidance and does not replace professional or emergency services.
